Hooray for Heroes
Kristen led the production of “Hooray for Heroes,” a virtual event for Beth Israel Deaconess Plymouth in the summer of 2020, during the peak of COVID. The project spotlighted the hospital’s dedicated healthcare workers while bringing the community together virtually to celebrate and show solidarity.

Raising Our Voices
Kristen developed the plan and strategy behind “Raising Our Voices,” an annual fundraising event for English for New Bostonians (ENB). The organization needed a platform to share the inspiring stories of immigrants who had improved their lives through learning English, and to celebrate businesses that support ESOL in the workplace. Raising Our Voices does just that, and has grown into a must-attend ESOL recognition event in Boston.

“Margot’s ability to develop relationships across departments enhances her knowledge and understanding of the school and results in successful projects that require input from many people. She possesses excellent organizational skills, juggling multiple priorities and working across departments to manage complex projects with creativity and attention to detail and deadlines.  This was all evident in her skillful management of a rebranding process, from developing the RFP and overseeing the selection of a marketing firm, to coordinating the interviews, writing and designing the process for a new logo, collateral materials, view books and a new website. She worked effectively with the marketing firm to develop PR and digital marketing strategies, gracefully managing a separation when it was determined that they were no longer meeting our needs.”
